A minimum of 48 hour notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or modify any appointment. This includes reducing or changing services from those that were originally scheduled. In order to be fair to all clients, there will be NO exceptions to this policy. Failure to give notice of cancelling or rescheduling before the 48 hour cutoff will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled services being due at the time of your missed appointment. This must be paid before rebooking with us. Again, there will be NO exceptions to this policy. For example: If you have an appointment at 11am on Thursday, you must cancel or reschedule by 10:59am on Tuesday. If services were modified but you are still attending your appointment, you will be charged 100% for the cost of services that were removed if a minimum of 48 hour notice was not given to change the allotted time slot. Late attendance: We have a five minute grace period for tardiness. Arriving at your appointment (being inside the building) more than five minutes later than your scheduled appointment time will count as a late cancellation. We will have to reschedule, and the full cancellation fee will be due at that time. Bridal appointments must comply with their specific contractual obligations. Bridal refunds are not given under any circumstances. Any client who fails two appointments without any notice or communication will not be rebooked. If a client fails a standing appointment time without any notice or communication, the standing appointment time will be cancelled. If a client fails an appointment time without any notice or communication and has future appointments, all future appointments will be cancelled.
